Spiritual Care Study

This study is designed to meet the needs and interests of people for self-care and care for others.  It will run for four weeks, on Wednesdays, for a duration of about one hour each week, starting at 7pm:

  • February 01
  • February 08
  • February 15
  • NO Meeting on February 22~ ASH WEDNESDAY
  • March 01

We will learn about spiritual care as a holistic practice that involves body, mind, and spirit.  We will explore how to incorporate practices that foster spiritual care for health and well-being in relation to all aspects of our life and in relationship with God.

By the end, the hope is to not only gain knowledge for self-care practices and identify needs of caregivers and care receivers, but to enjoy some time of together.

If you are interested, please sign up by January 29.  Email the church office administrator at info@mountolivet.ca, or phone 780-467-5994
