20th Anniversary of the Waterloo Declaration
The Waterloo Declaration between the Anglican Church of Canada and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada was signed on July 6, 2001. You are invited to join in this 20th anniversary year. These last 20 years have provided many gifts to our churches as we have learned more and more to live out Full Communion.

Common Ground, Holy Ground, Common Good features elements from key moments in our shared history together: the Eucharistic Celebration of the Waterloo Declaration on July 8, 2001, a joint day of celebration held in 2007, and a 10th anniversary celebration, held along with the Episcopal Church and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in July 2011.
